Laura Jane Grace Marries Comedian Paris Campbell in Las Vegas


For vocalist and guitarist Laura Jane Grace, love is in the air this winter season. The Against Me! founder married actress and comedian Paris Campbell in an intimate Las Vegas wedding on December 18. Dave Decker, @watson33569 on Instagram, shared photos from the wedding ceremony, which did, of course, feature an Elvis Presley impersonator. The couple opted for wedding attire true to their styles. Jane Grace wore a radiant floral blazer and Campbell donned a gothic, lacy black dress with a red, fringed jacket. Quiet Riot singer found dead in Las Vegas


Kevin DuBrow, lead singer of the popular 1980s U.S. heavy metal band Quiet Riot, has been found dead from unknown causes at his home in Las Vegas, authorities said on Monday. The body of DuBrow, 52, was discovered on Sunday afternoon, a spokeswoman for the Clark County Coroner’s Office said. An autopsy conducted on Monday was inconclusive and more forensic tests were scheduled to establish a cause of death, she said. Rage to co-headline Las Vegas festival


Reunited rock band Rage Against The Machine will be one of the headliners at the third annualVegoose Music Festival, set for October 28-29 in Las Vegas, sources said. Vegoose producers declined to comment on specific artists booked for the show at Sam Boyd Stadium, but said an official lineup will be announced in mid-July. Rage ended a seven-year hiatus in April when it played the Coachella festival in southern California. Dion Cancels Weekend Shows in Las Vegas


Celine Dion ended her Friday show early and canceled weekend performances after suffering an upper respiratory infection, her publicist said Monday. Kim Jakwerth said Dion will return to the stage Wednesday to perform her show, “A New Day,” at Caesars Palace hotel-casino. The show, slated to run until 2006, is dark on Mondays and Tuesdays. Dion, 35, is best known for her hit song “My Heart Will Go On” from the movie “Titanic.”

Backstreet Boy Helps Nab Jewel Thief In Las Vegas


Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean helped chase down a jewel thief at the Hard Rock Hotel parking lot in Las Vegas on Monday (January 5) evening, according to theLas Vegas Sun. The paper reports that the singer was trying on watches in Rocks, the hotel’s jewelry store, when a man walked in and asked to try on several bracelets and rings.
