Guitarist Pete Townshend, vocalist Roger Daltrey and drummer Kenny Jones, who replaced Keith Moon after his death in 1978, attended the service at St. Edward’s Church in Stow-on-the-Wold. Entwistle, who died June 27 in Las Vegas, was now “reunited with Keith up there making great music,” the Rev. After teasing his new single earlier in June, YUNGBLUD officially released his track with a corresponding “breakdown.” music video. It’s “really representative of what’s going on in my life right now,” YUNGBLUD said in a pre-premiere livestream. The artist shared on social media, “Cortisol, often called the ‘stress hormone,’ is higher during the first hour after waking for people experiencing stress so gettin’ out of bed in a morning can sometimes be really hard. You can wake up in the morning with a… Read more »

Hot Mulligan Releases “End Eric Sparrow And The Life Of Him” Single/Video

Following the release of their chaotic single “Stickers Of Brian,” which arrived via Wax Bodega Records earlier this year, Hot Mulligan has issued their latest offering, “End Eric Sparrow And The Life Of Him,” along with an accompanying music video. Clocking in at just shy of 3 minutes, “End Eric Sparrow And The Life Of Him” shares the intensity and brevity of “Stickers Of Brian.” The track’s foundation opens with a groovy guitar riff that sets the stage for the building frustration conveyed through both the vocal delivery and the increasingly urgent instrumentation. As the song progresses, the layered vocals… Read more »

Foo Fighters Debut “Unconditional” At Manchester, UK Show

On June 13, Foo Fighters premiered “Unconditional” for lucky attendees of their Emirates Old Trafford show in Manchester, England. However, the song is, by no means, “new.” In fact, it’s an unreleased demo that was never fully realized. A band representative noted, “The band’s rediscovery of ‘Unconditional’ happened in true spontaneous Foo Fighters fashion. The song came up in conversation during rehearsals for the UK tour, and all it took was one run-through. The decision was made instantly to share it with everyone in the same way — live.” Check out the live performance of “Unconditional” below, courtesy of @foofighterslive… Read more »
