Paramore’s “Hard Times” To Be Covered By Talking Heads’ David Byrne


There’s nothing to “Decode” with Paramore. The trio have announced that they will be releasing a double-sided single with Talking Heads’ David Byrne for Record Store Day. After deleting all posts across their social media feeds and leaving blank profile pictures, fans had many theories about Paramore‘s whereabouts. Anxieties arose around the band’s possible breakup as even the trio’s website showed up as a 404 error. Ramones, Tom Petty, Talking Heads To Join Rock Hall


A few punks, a scruffy “Refugee” and the most sex-crazed chef on television are crashing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Punk rock pioneers the Ramones and Talking Heads, Southern rockers Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and soul singer Isaac Hayes will lead the class of 2002 when they are inducted into the rock hall on March 18, organizers announced Thursday (December 13). Other artists recognized include ’60s icons Brenda Lee and Gene Pitney, guitar great Chet Atkins, and Stax Records co-founder Jim Stewart. Trapt Gets 'Headstrong'


“Headstrong,” Trapt’s first single from its self-titled debut, continues to move up the Alternative and Active Rock Radio & Records chart. The song moves up one spot to Number Four on the Alternative chart, and the song reached Number Two last week on the Active Rock chart. After announcing a short tour run that kicks off next month, DE’WAYNE has unveiled the details of his forthcoming third album titled june.
