Building on their 2024 debut momentum, No Earbuds Fest will return for its sophomore year on Sunday, December 14, at The Echo in Los Angeles, CA.
This year’s fest will feature performances across two stages, headlined by Prince Daddy & The Hyena in their only Los Angeles headline set of 2025. The lineup also includes JER, Yungatita, Glass Generation, and Fime, with Bones Shredder making their live debut. The event is all ages, and additional artists will be revealed as the date approaches. Tickets go on sale this Friday, September 12.
“Our mission is to create the kind of music world we actually want to be a part of,” says festival founder and No Earbuds owner Jamie Coletta. “That means giving the stage to underground and underrepresented bands, platforming diverse voices, and proving that community-first, artist-supportive spaces can thrive.”
She continues: “I decided to bring back No Earbuds Fest this year because of a story a friend told me. He was thrifting in last year’s fest shirt when a group of fans stopped him: You were there? Are they doing it again this year? That moment reminded me why this fest matters. In an algorithm-driven landscape, people are still hungry for connection, discovery, and something that feels like their own––myself included.”
Coletta adds in an Instagram caption for the festival announcement, “Last year, a friend told me they got stopped in a thrift store while wearing their fest tee. “You were there?! Are they doing it again?,” they asked him. And THAT’S why we’re back. Because this isn’t just a gig, it’s about connection and discovery and building the kind of music world we *actually* want to live in.”
