Less than twenty-four hours after announcing a limited vinyl reissue of their 2007 breakout album A Flair For The Dramatic, Pierce The Veil—in partnership with Equal Vision Records—has officially sold out all 2,000 copies vinyl copies.
Originally released on June 26, 2007, just weeks after signing with Equal Vision earlier that spring, A Flair For The Dramatic arrived at an essential moment in the early-to-mid 2000s emo/post-hardcore surge. The record introduced the band’s signature blend of theatrics and frontman Vic Fuentes’ emotional intensity, anchored by standout tracks like “Chemical Kids And Mechanical Brides,” “Yeah Boy And Doll Face,” and “I’d Rather Die Than Be Famous.
Pierce The Veil is wrapping the first leg of the I Can’t Hear You World Tour, which is scheduled to resume overseas in September. Across the tour, which fans have been affectionately calling the “Emo Eras Tour,” the band has performed several tracks from A Flair For The Dramatic, showcasing all five of their released albums.
