Seattle-based punks Filth Is Eternal have released their new cover of Hole‘s “Violet,” a track that originally appeared on 1994’s Live Through This. This marks the first release since Filth Is Eternal‘s 2023 LP Find Out. The two artists reimagined “Leave a Light On (Talk Away The Dark),” originally from Papa Roach’s 2022 record Ego Trip. While the song touches on themes of reaching out, it also serves as an awareness campaign for suicide prevention.
