Ice Nine Kills Debuts “The Laugh Track” at When We Were Young Weekend

Viva Las Vegas…err…vengeance? Panic! At The Disco has officially landed in Sin City and was caught soundchecking for this year’s headlining When We Were Young Festival slot.
