Phish will eschew an extensive fall North American tour in favor of an eight-show run, which will include a New Year’s Eve show at American Airlines Arena in Miami. Jesse Jordan, the Long Island, New York, teenager who was one of four college students sued by the Recording Industry Association of America for copyright infringement back in April, has made back all the money he owed as part of his $12,000 settlement, and he didn’t do it the old-fashioned way. During a break in his performance on Tuesday (June 3) at Giants Stadium, Eminem hurled his 2000 Source Award for Lyricist Of The Year to the ground. Blink 182 is set to enter a rented house in San Diego to start work on the follow-up to Take Off Your Pants And Jacket. The still-untitled album is being produced by Jerry Finn, and the band is eyeing a summer release.
