On November 25, Chicago got an honorary new street: Steve Albini Way. In May, the iconic producer passed at 61 years old. At the corner of Belmont and Rockwell, where his studio Electrical Audio sits, the official street sign was unveiled in front of a crowd with a speech from Kim Deal of The Breeders and Pixies. Tulsa emo act CLIFFDIVER has had a whirlwind 2024. The group just released their 12-track album birdwatching in September and toured across the States with Prince Daddy & The Hyena. After several reports via Rolling Stone and TMZ alleging that Green Day, Post Malone, and Lady Gaga would headline Coachella in 2025, the lineup has been revealed. And what do you know? Green Day, Post Malone, and Lady Gaga will headline. The festival will take place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, on the second and third weekends of April 2025, April 11-13 and April 18-20, respectively.
