The Dirty Nil Drop New Single “Spider Dream”

With their new album The Lash set to arrive on July 25, The Dirty Nil has released a taste of the record with their latest single, “Spider Dream.” “I woke up one morning, completely refreshed by a nightmare,” vocalist/guitarist Luke Bentham explains. “It was a strange feeling but enough to animate a song. It was a strange one to bring to the band but the arrangement came together instantly and it… Read more »

Music festival season is officially upon us. Coachella kicked off the start of massive summer concert events on April 11-13 and April 18-20, and Columbus’ Sonic Temple Festival closely followed up on May 8-11. Some attendee accounts from these fests have stirred up major controversy, which forces the question, “Are festivals getting worse?” For starters, Coachella opened their weekends with cars stuck in traffic for 12+ hours, as reported by ABC7 Chicago. “I’ve seen people pass out from heat exhaustion,” one interviewee said. Wesam is back with another all-new episode of Wesam’s World Podcast! This week, it’s just Wesam and producer Alex diving into some major industry topics, big plans, and of course… a little chaos.

They break down the latest industry news—including the possible impact of new tariffs on the film industry—why doing your own stunts is both impressive and a little insane, and Wesam’s upcoming acting plans with Anthony Mark Barrow (yes, the guy he constantly roasts and gets roasted by).
