Linkin Park Announces Rescheduled Projekt Revolution Dates


Linkin Park has announced rescheduled dates from this spring’s Projekt Revolution tour. The band missed the opening date of the tour in Rochester, New York, and a few others dates later, due to singer Chester Bennington’s throat infection. The band will play Rochester on July 22 at the Blue Cross Arena with Cold, Jurassic 5 and Mudvayne; Council Bluffs, Iowa on July 29 with Cold and Mudvayne; and Wichita, Kansas July 30 with Cold and possibly Mudvayne. Springsteen To Rock Boston's Fenway Park?


The Boston Herald reports that Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band may be booked to play two shows, September 6 and 7, at Fenway Park, the home of baseball’s Red Sox. The team will be out of town those two days, playing the New York Yankees in the Bronx. The Boston dates have not been confirmed. Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington was released from a Los Angeles hospital Monday (June 9), according to a spokesperson for the band’s label. Bennington had checked into the facility on May 30 complaining of intense chest and stomach pains. Doctors determined that either a parasite or an intestinal disorder was likely responsible for the ailment.
