Here’s What Gives SLOE JACK The Heebie Jeebies

At the start of the summer, we had SLOE JACK stop by the idobi Radio Studios in North Hollywood to play a little game we like to call Truth Or Darts. We already knew any time with SLOE JACK, aka Jack Mark Garritty, was a good time, but we weren’t prepared for such a great time.  During his visit, we got into all of the nitty-gritty, including what era he would time travel back to if given the chance (and there’s a great little song to accompany it), what he’s genuinely afraid of, bad breath versus sweaty palms, embarrassing text… Read more »

Charly Bliss Drops Upbeat New Single “Back There Now”

Ahead of their upcoming LP FOREVER, Charly Bliss dropped their last single from the album with pop-infused “Back There Now.” The track is the fourth release of the album following “Nineteen,” “Waiting For You,” and “Calling You Out.” Featuring upbeat synths and upbeat rhythms, the song’s message is heavier than it first sounds and serves as a reflection of Eva Hendricks and some of the things she did in her past. “One of the craziest things about getting older is growing away from the things you did when you were young(er) and stupid(er),” Hendricks explains. “But, then I’ll read something… Read more »

While appearing on Triple J’s Like a Version, girl in red gave her own rock rendition of the Billie Eilish track “Lunch.” Where Eilish’s vocals are soft and accompanied by a groovy beat, girl in red’s rendition is all rock guitars and rhythms.
