Two Videos emerged on Twitter July 22nd of separate incidents that took place in NYC, where police officers were drenched with water by Harlem and Brooklyn residents. The first video, posted at 1:23 P.M., shows two officers in the middle of what appears to be an arrest following a traffic stop. With one person leaned across the hood of a car, the officers and suspect are drenched with a bucket of water. The bucket is then thrown and ricochets off the arresting officer’s head. The trailer for A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood came out July 22, based on the real-life friendship of Fred Rogers and journalist Tom Junod, and it has everyone feeling all the feels. Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood was a fixture of American childhood for most. The show aired from 1968 to 2001, 31 seasons, covering topics from getting a haircut to race relations. The gentle loving way Mr. Rogers presented the world made even the most complex subject matter approachable. Disney decided to just remake all our childhood favorites and honestly, with how they’re looking, you can’t be mad. The first glimpse of the live-action Mulan film is stunning. The movie ins’t entirely a remake though, set for release March 27, 2020, it won’t include any of the songs from the 1998 release.
