Good Charlotte Not Worried About Political Fallout


Good Charlotte is slated to appear on a compilation album titled Rock Against Bush, which is being assembled by Fat Wreck Chords president and NOFX frontman Fat Mike. Blink 182, Bosstones, New Found Glory Set For Christmas Album


Blink 182, the Mighty, Mighty Bosstones, and New Found Glory are among 20 artists set to appear on the Santa Clause ’03, a Christmas-themed benefit album scheduled for release on November 11, according to Billboard.com. Blink 182 will perform “I Won’t Be Home For Christmas,” while New Found Glory’s contribution will be called “Ex-Miss.” The Bosstones’ track, “This Time Of Year,” was previously available only as a giveaway to people who attended the band’s hometown Christmas shows in Boston. Good Charlotte to Tour


Having wrapped summer tours in the U.S. and Europe, Good Charlotte have lined up another twenty-three dates for this fall in continued support of their second album, 2002’s The Young and the Hopeless. The new itinerary starts September 18th in Madison, Wisconsin, and is currently scheduled to run through October 17th in Uniondale, New York, though additional dates will likely push the tour into November. 311 Loads 'Evolver' for Tour


Modern rock quintet 311 will embark next month on its 41-date summer Unity tour. The outing comes in support of the group’s seventh studio album, “Evolver,” due July 22 from Volcano Records. New DVD for New Found Glory


Florida punk rockers New Found Glory are gearing up to release their first DVD, The Story So Far, next month. Due October 15th on MCA, the DVD features live footage showing the quintet’s rise from playing backyard shindigs to European tours.
