Kings of Leon may be from  Tennessee, but the rock band’s music has resonated in a bigger way overseas than it has in its own backyard. The family foursome hopes that will change with its fourth album, “Only by the Night,” due September 23 via RCA. Kings of Leon’s previous records have sold a combined total of 620,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen  SoundScan, topped by second album “Aha Shake Heartbreak” in  2005 at 232,000. Hail to the Thief suddenly has all kinds of new meaning. Radiohead has a burgeoning beef with Prince over the Purple One’s refusal to allow fan video recordings of his cover of the alt-rockers’ seminal 1992 hit, “Creep,” to be shown on YouTube. Radiohead’s frontman Thom Yorke tells the Associated Press that he has no problems with Prince’s label, NPG Records, taking down clips of the artist performing his own tunes because of copyright concerns. My Morning Jacket will follow up its performance at the Bonnaroo festival in Manchester, Tennessee, with a headlining run, beginning June 20 at Radio City Music Hall in New York. The route includes theaters, large clubs and amphitheaters, and almost all dates will be “an evening with” format, featuring extended sets from the band.
