Stevie Nicks Revised Summer Tour Dates Announced


The high priestess of rock and roll Stevie Nicks will embark on an extensive concert tour this summer with an itinerary that will take the superstar across the United States. Nicks will perform material from her new CD, Trouble in Shangri-La, which entered the Billboard album charts at No. 5 and has remained a Top 20 hit for the last three weeks. Radiohead Plans Extensive Amnesiac Tours


The release of Amnesiac on June 5 will bring to a conclusion Radiohead’s three-year saga of what to do after OK Computer. OTEP, Newly Signed To Capitol, Joins OzzFest 2001 Tour Lineup


Capitol recording group OTEP, the provocative Los Angeles-based band whose signing to the label was celebrated with an A-list midnight hour convocation at the Viper Room last month, will join this summer’s all-star OzzFest 2001 lineup, featuring headliners Black Sabbath, Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, and Crazytown. Area: One Festival's Details Come Into Focus


The dimensions of Moby’s Area: One festival were solved Monday (April 23) when the electro-rocker unveiled lineup additions as well as dates and venues for his musically diverse roadshow. At a New York press conference, Moby heralded the addition of a side stage that will feature artists from the DJ/electronic scene, including Paul Oakenfold, Carl Cox, the Orb and Timo Maas. Barenaked Ladies Dress Up For Summer Tour


Barenaked Ladies have confirmed more than month’s worth of North American tour dates in support of their recent “Maroon” album (Reprise). The tour begins July 12 in Toronto and is currently scheduled through Aug. 26, with more dates expected to be added. Vertical Horizon will open through Aug. 3, while the Proclaimers will support beginning Aug. 6. “Maroon” debuted at No. 5 on The Billboard 200 last September, and has sold 928,000 copies in the U.S. to date, according to SoundScan. INXS, Midnight Oil, Men At Work To Tour U.S.


In a triple bill of Australian rock heavyweights that would have filled arenas in 1988, INXS, Midnight Oil, and Men At Work will team for a month-long North American tour this summer. The jaunt, with INXS and Midnight Oil alternating in the closing spot each night, begins May 28 in Atlanta and wraps June 27 in Las Vegas. INXS will be fronted by Jon Stevens, replacing Michael Hutchence, who committed suicide in late 1997.
