Queensryche Return This Summer with a New Album, TRIBE in Stores July 22


This summer Seattle rockers Queensryche return with the release of Tribe, the band’s first studio album on Sanctuary Records. Tribe, which will be released on July 22, 2003, follows Queensryche’s Sanctuary debut, Live Evolution, a career-spanning live collection, released in 2001. Lead singer Geoff Tate, guitarist Michael Wilton, bassist Eddie Jackson and drummer Scott Rockenfeld have collaborated to produce quite possibly the band’s most ambitions and most insightful project to date. Sex Pistols Reuniting For July Show


A quarter-century after they shot to infamy with the scathing anti-royal song “God Save the Queen,” the Sex Pistols are reuniting in the summer of Queen Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee. The legendary punk band will perform July 27 at London’s Crystal Palace sports center, singer John Lydon said today (May 16). The 76-year-old monarch is marking 50 years on the throne with a series of public events around the country, including a pop concert in the grounds of Buckingham Palace on June 4. Oasis' 'Chemistry' Boils Over In July


Oasis has dubbed its fifth Epic studio album “Heathen Chemistry” and is planning a July release for the 11-track set. Iggy Pop To Release New Album; 'Beat 'Em Up' Due In July


Iggy Pop, the undisputed godfather of punk, is slated to release another blistering sonic assault in July. Entitled “Beat ‘Em Up,” the album is a return to form for the astonishingly ageless Pop, whose last release was 1999’s “Avenue B.” “Beat ‘Em Up,” to be released from Virgin Records America, was produced by Iggy, and engineered by Danny Kader. A new theatre project involving My Chemical Romance may be in the works, according to comments made by director/playwright/actor John Cameron Mitchell that are currently circulating online.
