Karate Announces First New Album In Two Decades


Ahead of their appearance at Las Vegas’ Best Friends Forever Festival in October, Karate has officially announced that new music is on the way. On July 25, the Boston post-hardcore outfit officially dropped a double single— “Defendants” and “Silence, Sound.” Additionally, the “Sever” artists announced that their upcoming album Make It Fit will arrive out on October 18, via the Numero Group. New York rock and hardcore hero Jesse Malin officially shared a new song from his upcoming Silver Patron Saints: The Songs Of Jesse Malin. Previously, the artist shared Bleachers‘ rendition of “Prisoners of Paradise” ahead of the full LP’s September 20 release date. New York City’s post-hardcore quartet Common Sage is having a massive year. After recently signing to Equal Vision Records, the act teamed up Thursday vocalist Geoff Rickly and guitarist Steve Pedulla to craft the urgent punk-tinged “Edin” and its accompanying black and white music video.
