Apple Computer Inc. unveiled on Tuesday a portable music player that can hold an entire music collection and takes Apple outside its core computer business for the first time in eight years. Sony Corp is expected to report weak results for the July-September quarter after a profit warninglate last month, with analysts looking for more aggressive restructuring moves to confront the slowing global economy. Rock legend Bob Dylan has reached a deal to write a multivolume autobiography called “Chronicles,” a spokeswoman for his publisher, Simon & Schuster, said on Monday. “Over the years, he’s engaged in all forms of writing.
