Alternative rock outfit Dashboard Confessional has unveiled plans for a fall tour, beginning Aug. 30 in Pittsburgh and wrapping Oct. 7 in St. Paul, Minn. The Chris Carrabba-led band will be touring in support of its upcoming Vagrant album, “A Mark, a Mission, a Brand, a Scar,” due Aug. 12. The 18-year-old singer has announced plans to release a live CD and DVD titled My World in either September or October. After a two-year recording hiatus which included injuries sustained in a serious bus accident, Alien Ant Farm will release their sophomore effort truANT on August 19. “These Days,” the band’s first single from truANT, will go to radio in July, and the group will tour this fall in support of the new album.
