Lee, Anderson Resolve Sons' Custody


Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson have agreed to end their bitter custody battle over their two sons, a lawyer for the actress said Tuesday. Lee’s lawyer, Lance Spiegel, did not immediately return calls for comment. Suzanne Harris, Anderson’s attorney, said the couple signed an agreement and submitted it to the court, where it is expected to be signed by Superior Court Judge Lee Smalley Edmon. “(The filing) contains everything you could possibly think of about how to raise the children and where they will live,” Harris said. Melissa Joan Hart, television’s “Sabrina, The Teenage Witch,” is engaged to rocker Mark Wilkerson of the band Course of Nature, Wilkerson’s publicist said. Wilkerson proposed the day after Christmas, and no wedding date has been set. Record Labels, Techs Call Truce in Copyright Fight


The recording industry and several high-tech groups battling over copyright laws declared a tentative truce on Tuesday and said they would try to hash out rules to govern how to protect digital movies and music from widespread bootlegging. Clear Channel Worldwide has begun turning off Internet streams of some of its music stations. The company has offered simulcasts of several hundred broadcasting properties. For example, the company’s Houston-based KTBZ dropped its stream, blaming “costly fees now required from online broadcasters by the music licensing organizations BMI and ASCAP.” Other Clear Channel stations in Los Angeles, Miami and Dallas also halted their Net casts, according to Radio and Records, a trade publication. Ozzy, Sharon Osbourne Renew Wedding Vows


Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne renewed their wedding vows during a New Year’s Eve party at the Beverly Hills Hotel that included hundreds of guests.
