Emo Nite Announces 10 Year Anniversary Weekend In LA


Emo Nite, the iconic LA troupe capturing the hearts of elder emos across the country, has announced Emo Nite Day, a weekend-long to celebrate their 10 Year Anniversary. The two-day long event, taking place in Los Angeles, CA, will kick off on Saturday, December 7.  Celebrating the upcoming events, co-founders Morgan Freed and T.J. According to several reports, including confirmation to Consequence and Pitchfork, the legendary record producer Steve Albini has passed away due to a heart attack. He was 61 years old. An iconic figure in the alternative music industry, serving as a musician, producer, audio engineer, and founder/owner of Electrical Audio recording studio in Chicago, IL, Albini was born on July 22, 1962, in Pasadena, CA.
