Arizona’s blessthefall release new video


Blessthefall have released a music video for “Hey Baby, Here’s That Song You Wanted” off of their 2009 album Witness. Produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette (Incubus, Escape The Fate, Story Of The Year), the album debuted in the Billboard Top 200 at #56 and the Independent Chart at #6 in October 2009.

Less Than Jake, 3OH!3 lead '09 Warped caravan


The Warped Tour, the annual traveling festival that targets the Vans-wearing, emo-loving youth of America, has recently announced the lineup  for their 2009 caravan. As usual (and because the event is celebrating its 15th anniversary), the lineup combines older acts like NOFX, Less Than Jake and Bad Religion with newer artists like 3OH!3 and Black Tide. Ike Turner dies at 76


Ike Turner, whose role as one of rock’s critical architects was overshadowed by his ogrelike image as the man who brutally abused former wife Tina Turner, died Wednesday at his home in suburban San Diego. He was 76. Turner died at his San Marcos home, Scott M. Hanover of Thrill Entertainment Group, which managed Turner’s career, told There was no immediate word on the cause of death, which was first reported by celebrity Web site TMZ.com. AOL Time Warner's Steve Case to Resign


Blamed by shareholders for AOL Time Warner’s sharp fall in fortunes, Steve Case said he will step down as chairman of the conglomerate he helped create – a marriage of old and new media first hailed as revolutionary but now struggling for a future. Case’s departure means the company’s leadership will be without any of the key architects of the blockbuster merger of America Online and Time Warner in 2001. WEA Inc., Warner Music Group’s U.S. manufacturing, distribution and packaging operation, announced today that John Esposito has been named to the newly created position of president. Reporting to WEA Inc. CEO, Jim Caparro, Esposito will be responsible for overseeing the company’s sales and marketing and branch distribution activities.
