Your fave Midwest emos have some big news. American Football is celebrating 25 years of their iconic self-titled debut, aka LP1. The anniversary will be marked by the release of a remastered version of American Football and a covers album featuring Ethel Cain, Yvette Young, and more. Per a report published via Exclaim, Sum 41 has unfortunately been forced to cancel several of their upcoming Canadian performances “due to a minor back injury that requires a few weeks of physician ordered recuperation,” according to The Jubliee venue in a statement on their website. The Canadian pop-punkers were scheduled to headline The Jubilee this weekend on August 3.
