Simple Plan Announce 'Noise To The World' Tour With Good Charlotte


New York, NY – Multi-platinum rockers Simple Plan are joining pals Good Charlotte on the long-awaited Noise To the World tour, sponsored by MTV, which kicks off May 3rd in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mandela Hosts AIDS Awareness Concert


GEORGE, South Africa – Former South African President Nelson Mandela, playing host to his second AIDS awareness concert on Saturday, told a crowd of 20,000 that women bear the brunt of the AIDS pandemic that has infected some 25 million people in Africa. The disease “carries the face of women,” whether through infection or caring for those who are ill with the deadly virus, said the 86-year-old Mandela. Warped Tour Lineup, Itinerary Officially Announced


The Vans Warped Tour has officially announced the lineup and itinerary for the 11th annual edition of the punk/skating tour. As previously reported by MTV News, the bill for the oldest touring festival in the U.S. will be topped by the Offspring and My Chemical Romance, along with the Transplants, MxPx, All-American Rejects, Dropkick Murphys, Thrice, Atreyu and Senses Fail.
