Royal & the Serpent Shares Haunting Cover Of “Where Did You Sleep Last Night?”


Royal & the Serpent just dropped a haunting, pop-rock-tinged cover of folk and blues musician Lead Belly’s classic “Where Did You Sleep Last Night.” Nirvana‘s 1993 MTV Unplugged cover of the track is also well-known in pop culture. Royal & the Serpent‘s stunning rendition is set to appear on the official soundtrack for Sumerian Comics’ American Psycho series. We The Kings Releases “Go The Distance” Cover From Disney’s ‘Hercules’


We The Kings has officially shared their rendition of “Go The Distance” from the Disney classic film Hercules. The track is set to appear on Disney‘s forthcoming pop-punk compilation album, A Whole New Sound, due out on September 6. Previously released covers include Simple Plan‘s reworking of “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from The Lion King, Magnolia Park‘s cover of “I2I” from A Goofy Movie, and New Found Glory‘s rendition of “Part Of Your World” from The Little Mermaid. Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows—D.R.U.G.S.—just shared their new song “It Follows.” The track was preceded by “MALICE,” “Hunger Pangs,” and “Losers Stay Losers (Let-down),” and will also appear on Until God Shows, which is scheduled to arrive via Velocity Records on September 27 and is available for preorder here. Prince Daddy & The Hyena Announce Massive U.S Tour


Albany-based punk rockers Prince Daddy & The Hyena just announced an expansive headlining tour across the U.S. beginning in October.  The tour kicks off on Oct. 9 at Denver’s Oriental Theater and wraps up on October 28 at Memphis’ Growlers.  Fellow pop-punk acts Ben Quad, CLIFFDIVER, and Heart To Gold will offer support throughout the month.  Don’t worry if you can’t catch Prince Daddy & The Hyena and Ben Quad on this tour. After teasing an announcement equivalent to an emo Super Bowl, The Maine has officially revealed details for their upcoming 8123 Fest 2025. The Arizona emo band is known for many things, from their always-free meet-and-greets to their pink cowboy-adorned fanbase.
