Following the release of the November single “Punish,” Ethel Cain has officially released her second studio album, Perverts. The nine-track LP is primarily instrumental featuring songs that range up to 15 minutes in length. Taking place on June 12-15 in Manchester, Tennessee, the fest boasts dazzling headliners, including Olivia Rodrigo and Avril Lavigne on Saturday night. On January 7, the band took to Instagram and TikTok to share stories of what sounds like the recorded version of the track “Better Days,” which they debuted live in Glasgow. As It Is just dropped a new teaser video on Instagram and TikTok sharing that they’re releasing a new version of “Dial Tones.” This time, the Never Happy, Ever After track contains a mystery featured guest artist. The teaser video sees the song in its more mature form with refined pop-punk sonics—after all, it’s been an entire decade. (Insert crying emoji here.)
