During their expansive North American tour with Pierce The Veil, blink-182 made a stop in Chicago to headline the Lollapalooza August 4 date. Better Lovers announced an expansive headlining tour in celebration of their upcoming debut LP Highly Irresponsible. The forthcoming record features the recent single “A White Horse Covered in Blood” and is due out on October 25 via SharpTone Records. Seattle-based punks Filth Is Eternal have released their new cover of Hole‘s “Violet,” a track that originally appeared on 1994’s Live Through This. This marks the first release since Filth Is Eternal‘s 2023 LP Find Out. Much like Hole vocalist Courtney Love, Lis D’Angelo flawlessly intertwines guttural growls and shimmering clean vocals across the iconic grunge track.
