On Wednesday, July 30, thousands of Ozzy Osbourne fans gathered in his hometown of Birmingham, England, to witness the funeral procession for the music icon, who passed on July 22. The public showing of the casket in a clear-windowed hearse preceded a private ceremony for close friends and family members. This past Vans Warped Tour weekend was jam-packed with thrilling bands, rad skateboarders (including the Tony Hawk), and surprise guests. In fact, The Paradox, who just released their new single “Bender” featuring Travis Barker, invited up the blink-182 drummer to their set. And yes—it was simply iconic. Taking Back Sunday has released a nearly seven-minute video statement addressing why guitarist and co-vocalist John Nolan will not be joining them on tour this summer. In the announcement, frontman Adam Lazzara and the band revealed that longtime member Fred Mascherino will be returning to take his place.
