Are you ready for today’s flush of excitement? Pun intended, of course. The blink-182 guys are back with some potty humor, sharing a website link that leads to “The Stall.” Depicting what appears to be a public restroom decorated with graffiti and the band’s logo, the page reads, “Welcome to the stall, stay tuned for updates.” Fans online assume their favorite three-piece is about to drop some new tunes. Another message highlighted in pink font supports this theory of something big happening on September 5. “Restrooms will be closed for maintenance Tuesday 9/5,” the site reads. Standing the test of time, Ahsoka has many parallels to emo music, both needing to constantly adapt throughout the decades to survive and thrive. Propelling the titular character to a project that is fully her story, this is her jump from club tours to arena tours.
Way back in 2006, Paramore recorded an acoustic rendition of “My Hero” originally by the incredible Foo Fighters. Now, the cover has finally hit streaming services all these years later. Not sure what took them so long to make this decision, but we sure are happy about it. Along with the acoustic version, Paramore also released an electronic mix as well. Last month Hayley Williams joined Foo Fighters on stage in Tennessee at Bonnaroo Music And Arts Festival for a guest performance of “My Hero”. Perhaps this beautiful moment inspired the release of the cover. Check out the amazing video… Read more »
It is the best day of the year for swifties. Taylor Swift finally released Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) today. Originally released in 2010 when Swift was 18 years old, she has now revisited the songs thirteen years later at 32. The album was inspired by Taylor Swift’s transition from adolescence to adulthood. Consisting of songs mostly written about her confrontation… Read more »

Get ready to get your groove on and your chores done with KiNG MALA’s new single “dirty dishes.” Unlike her previous releases, “she calls me daddy” and “cult leader,” which emanated her natural charisma, commanding personality, and certainty, “dirty dishes” injects her discography with a fresh, luminous approach. “The day I wrote this song the line that kept coming to mind was, ‘I gave you the door code to my apartment.’ I was falling for someone new, and I had just given them open access to my life, whenever they wanted – which was terrifying,” KiNG MALA—aka Areli Castro—shares of… Read more »
