Ahead of their co-headline Australian tour kicking off later this month on August 9, Aussie darlings Between You & Me and Teenage Joans have teamed up for the thunderous new collaborative single, “1800-PAINLESS.” Of the collaboration, Between You & Me writes on their X account, “There are a lot of music collaborations being released, but it feels extremely special to be able to write a song from scratch with another artist that shares the same values. Following the success of their recent singles “Neverbloom,” “Frozen,” and “Medicate Me,” a collaboration with Dayseeker’s Rory Rodriguez, Rain City Drive has announced their sophomore album, Things Are Different Now. The 11-track collection is slated to arrive via Thriller Records next month on September 27. Per a report published via Exclaim, Sum 41 has unfortunately been forced to cancel several of their upcoming Canadian performances “due to a minor back injury that requires a few weeks of physician ordered recuperation,” according to The Jubliee venue in a statement on their website. The Canadian pop-punkers were scheduled to headline The Jubilee this weekend on August 3.
