Morissette Sets Europe Tour, L.A. Club Gigs


Alanis Morissette is not letting a contract dispute with her label prevent her from hitting the road to try out some new songs. The Canadian pop singer will begin a 12-country tour of European festivals, arenas and clubs in Nuremberg, Germany on June 1, which also happens to be her 27th birthday. She will warm up with two shows at Los Angeles’ El Rey Theater on May 25 and 26, her publicist announced Thursday. Backstreet Boys Announce Venues For Summer Tour


The Boys’ previously announced summer tour, which begins June 8 in their hometown of Orlando, Florida, has just added venues to its itinerary. The trek is in support of the group’s latest album, the multiplatinum Black & Blue, which has sold nearly 5 million copies since its release in November, according to SoundScan. 'N Sync Look To Neptunes For New LP


‘N Sync have enlisted the galaxy’s hottest producers, the Neptunes, for their follow-up to No Strings Attached, tentatively set for a June release.
