Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of American Idiot due out October 25. Green Day has just revealed three more tracks that will appear on the release. Green Day and Keurig Drop Custom ‘American Idiot’ Coffee Brewer


If you have a hard time getting to your cup of coffee to start your day, your morning could get a little more exciting. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of American Idiot, Green Day and Keurig have teamed up to drop an exclusive limited-edition brewer and coffee kit.  This isn’t the first time the band has dabbled in coffee. Green Day Set To Perform ‘Dookie’ and ‘American Idiot’ In Full

Green Day’s ‘American Idiot’ May Become a Movie


Green Day’s American Idiot may soon hit the big screen. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Universal is in negotiations for the screen rights to the stage musical version of Green Day’s blockbuster album and has hired Michael Mayer, the director of the stage production, to adapt the show into a movie.

After months of speculation, it has been officially announced that American Idiot, the musical based on Green Day’s 2004 concept album, will make its Broadway debut on April 20 at the St. James Theatre.

Green Day to hit the studio for "American Idiot" follow-up


Green Day are to enter the studio in January to work on the follow up to 2004’s huge-selling American Idiot. Earlier this year, the band said they had 45 songs for their new album. The band’s manager said that although they would be hitting the studio, no release date was forthcoming. The manager said that they would be updating Greenday.com at that time too. On the site the band announced they would be stepping away from all American Idiot themes, and that the new site wasn’t going to be themed around the new album, reports Music News website.
