The new documentary about the iconic Swamp Dogg premiered in DC last month at DC/DOX Fest, and to celebrate its release Sherin moderated the post-screening discussion with co-director Isaac Gale and producer Ben Wu. They discuss how the documentary came together, including when they first fell in love with Swamp Dogg, his new record Blackgrass: From West Virginia to 125th St, and what it’s like to build a world full of the wildest stories and magnetic personalities.
Dead Boy Detectives feat. George Rexstrew, Jayden Revri, and Yuyu Kitamura We’re still thinking about how good Dead Boy Detectives is, which means it’s time to revisit our conversations with the stars of the series.
