Each summer, I head to Nashville for Camp Gritty and have made some beautiful friendships along the way. I met Flo year one of camp and she’s got such great energy, and she’s unique. I asked her to join me for an episode of the show because I’ve watched her blossom over the past few years and wanted to spread her magic.
