Unless you actually live in the Walker world, you’ll have heard about the season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead. In what was possibly the most anticipated reveal of 2016, we all tuned in last Sunday night to find out who had a date with Lucille—bad guy Negan’s barbed wire baseball bat, that is. The result left many viewers upset and shocked by its graphic nature (the show even experienced a 27 percent ratings drop in the follow up episode)—so today, we’re asking, did The Walking Dead go too far?
