Britney Spears has been named the “Sexiest Woman In The World” for 2002 by the men’s magazine, Stuff. Britney Spears has raised almost $1 million for victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks through her recent concert tour. After the attacks, she put together the Britney Spears Foundation September 11th Fund and donated $1 from every ticket sold to the cause. This fund was established in the same spirit as her Foundation’s core goal, to help children in need. All proceeds from a memorial T-shirt sold on the tour also helped support the families impacted by the tragedy. Britney Spears is asking her fans to bring new, unwrapped toys to her December 5 concert at Madison Square Garden for the children of the victims of the September 11 World Trade Center attack and of the Flight 587 crash on November 12.
