Following the September 6 release of Disney’s A Whole New Sound pop-punk compilation album, Yellowcard took to EPCOT’s Eat To The Beat Series on September 8 and 9 and performed their rendition of Aladdin‘s “A Whole New World” featuring Against The Current‘s Chrissy Costanza. Games We Play just announced an extensive North American run of shows, aka the She’s The Girl Tour in celebration of his forthcoming single “She’s The Girl,” which arrives on September 20. The tour kicks off on September 16 in Oklahoma City at Resonant Head and wraps on November 25 at Birmingham’s Saturn. Alexander O’Connor, better known as Rex Orange County, was Downtown LA’s man of the hour last night. In celebration of his latest album, The Alexander Technique, an intimate crowd gathered at Pico Union Project, where Rex performed about a dozen songs. Grinning ear to ear while four years of work finally came to fruition.
