Teen rapper Lil’ Bow Wow will perform a special fan-appreciation concert at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom at 5 p.m. ET Tuesday (December 18). The first 3,000 fans to arrive at the venue with a copy of the rapper’s new sophomore album, Doggy Bag (out in stores tomorrow), will be admitted free.
