Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie, Mudvayne and Soil are inviting fans to A Night of Merry Mayhem, the 33-city jaunt formerly known as the Black Christmas tour. Osbourne changed the tour’s name to the more jovial title in light of the events of September 11. A big lineup of recording stars will perform classic Motown music at this year’s annual City of Hope dinner, organizers said on Monday. Among those planning to perform at the Oct. 11 are Mary J. Music publishers on Wednesday won an important legal ruling against the world’s largest record label in a case that could set rules for streaming copyrighted songs over the Internet. New York federal Judge John S. Martin Jr. found that Universal Music Group’s Farmclub.com online music service streamed songs without obtaining licenses from music publishers.
