DMX Sets Sights On Bloodline Tour, Jet Li Flick, PSAs


From the big screen to the small screen to the studio to the stage, DMX is going to be everywhere this year. The rapper’s spokesperson said he just signed on to kick butt alongside Jet Li in the Warner Bros. action vehicle “Cradle to the Grave,” which ramps up next month and reunites the two “Romeo Must Die” stars. Fred Durst was the undisputed star of Thursday’s MTV Europe Music Awards ceremony, accepting three awards and performing with Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page. Gorillaz Bag Six Berths For MTV Euro Nods


Gorillaz, the cartoon indie-beat band formed by Damon Albarn of the rock band Blur, picked up six nominations, including best group, in the eighth annual MTV Europe Music Awards noms, announced here Tuesday. Capital Radio is moving one of its main broadcast programmes onto the internet as part of its partnership with MSN.co.uk, taking its Dancemasters programme and rolling it out onto its own online channel. New York turntablist crew the X-ecutioners have a good excuse for taking more than four years to record their new album. It is Built From Scratch.
