Muse, MCR Tour Still Hit by Illness


Muse’s big U.S. arena tour with My Chemical Romance has hit another buffer, with a third show cancelled for this weekend. Both bands and their support crew became ‘violently ill’ following a bout of suspected foot poisoning in Virgina following a show on April 29th, which led to two shows being pulled in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Late Singer Clooney's Home May Be Museum


AUGUSTA, Ky. – Henry and her husband, former Kentucky Lt. Gov. Steve Henry, said they plan to buy the home within the next two weeks, renovate it for use as a public museum and also live in it part-time with their two children. Plans for Music Museum Move Ahead


After 11 years of planning, backers of a National Music Center and Museum pledged Thursday to open the facility in the nation’s capital five years from now. “We will be having our grand opening in 2008,” said singer Nancy Sinatra. She has been working to build support for the project since her father, Frank Sinatra, died in 1998. TV Museum to Screen Rare Beatles Footage


To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Beatles’ first appearance on American TV, the Museum of Television & Radio in New York and Los Angeles will present an exclusive exhibit on the group, running Feb. 6 through April 30, 2004. “Revolution: The Beatles on Television,” will include Beatles music videos and TV appearances before and after the breakup of the band. George Michael Returns John Lennon Piano To Museum


George Michael apparently took the line “imagine no possessions” to heart – at least when it came to the white piano used by John Lennon to write his 1970 hit “Imagine.” The British pop star reportedly returned the instrument to a Liverpool museum after buying it for $2 million last year. United Stations Radio Networks Partners With The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame And Museum


Cleveland’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, a not-for-profit educational facility, and United Stations Radio Networks, an independent leader in the network radio programming business, today announced that they had joined forces to create nationally distributed radio programs. Billy Joel Disses Christina Aguilera, Follows Own Muse
