Add Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger to the list of rock stars who have been Simpsons-ized. As part of the campaign to promote his latest solo album, Goddess In The Doorway, Jagger has provided his voice for a future episode of the popular animated Fox television show The Simpsons. As news of Thursday’s (November 29) death of George Harrison spread through the music world, Rolling Stones Mick Jagger and Keith Richards issued the following statements. Carlos Santana is hard at work on the follow-up to his 1999 mega-seller Supernatural, but Matchbox Twenty singer Rob Thomas-who co-wrote and sang on that album’s Grammy-winning single, “Smooth”-says the guitar legend is taking a different path on this outing.
