Ween Delays New Album In Favor Of The Road


Cult rock duo Ween will put off the recording of its next studio album in favor of a summer North American tour. Dates begin Friday (April 19) in Asheville, N.C., and are booked through a June 23 appearance at the Bonnaroo Festival in Manchester, Tenn. For the first time in five years, the Grammy Awards will be held in New York. The Grammys’ return to the Big Apple was announced at a press conference Wednesday (April 3). California pop/rock outfit Sugar Ray is hitting a host of small U.S. college campuses on its spring tour, which will kick off with a Feb. 15-17 stand at Caesars Tahoe casino in Lake Tahoe, Nev.
