On April 22, Coachella confirmed on Instagram that they would be back on April 11-13 and 18-20 for the 2025 installment of the famous arts and music festival. The Recording Academy just announced a long list of nominations for the forthcoming 2025 Grammy Awards. Excitingly, many rising pop artists lead the pack with Album Of The Year and Best New Artist nominations—we see you Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter. At the tail-end of last week, Waterparks announced via a lengthy statement posted to their platforms that they were “canceling the release” of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 2: LOST IN THE PROPERTY. On the track, “GIRL$,” lead vocalist Bonnie Fraser called up collaborator PVRIS‘ Lynn Gunn to unconventionally perform it live. Don’t you just love how technology can bring people together? The roster features the likes of The Aquabats, The Japanese House, late night drive home, Militarie Gun, and Taking Back Sunday.
