A former roadie for Blink-182 claims he’s the smart aleck who came up with the title Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, which the band used in 2001 for its fifth album. Larry Palm filed a lawsuit against the band on Thursday in Los Angeles Supreme Court for breach of oral and/or implied contract, promissory estoppel, fraud and unjust enrichment. Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. announced today that five additional major recording artists have agreed to provide music and video content for the upcoming rhythm-action game, Amplitude, developed exclusively for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system. Blink 182 is set to enter a rented house in San Diego to start work on the follow-up to Take Off Your Pants And Jacket. The still-untitled album is being produced by Jerry Finn, and the band is eyeing a summer release. Blink 182 singer/guitarist Tom Delonge became a proud papa on Monday (July 15) when his wife, Jennifer, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Ava Elizabeth Delonge was born at 5:30 a.m. PT in La Jolla, California’s Scripps Hospital. She weighed in at approximately 7 pounds. Blink 182 kicked off its tour on Wednesday (July 4) in Moline, Illinois at Mark Of The Quad Cities, and the band literally proved to naysayers that it gives a flaming flying fuck.
