Paramore’s and HalfNoise’s Zac Farro wowed fans with his first solo track under his own name, “My My” in late June from his upcoming LP Operator. Now, the indie icon is back with his second single, “1,” as well as a music video laced with a vibrant city backdrop. With groovy basslines, ’70s-inspired sonics, and utterly ethereal vocals, Farro brilliantly shares his kind-hearted message.
Farro shares, “‘1’ is a song about someone being completely and utterly unique. One of one, no carbon copy. When you’re truly yourself, it inspires others to be more themselves.”
