On June 15, 2024, YUNGBLUD played a dazzling set at Rock For People in the Czech Republic. Uniquely, he invited up a fan—Šimon— who expertly performed “fleabag” with YUNGBLUD and his crew. In fact, he even got to take home the guitar. Fast forward to 2025, not only did Šimon play at Rock For People 2025, his project RUWORR!ED is set to provide opening support for YUNGBLUD on the IDOLS World Tour on October 17. Talk about coming full circle in one year.
In an Instagram post, YUNGBLUD said, “The most beautiful thing about this community is that this event happened a year ago and now it is my pleasure to announce that this young artist who came on stage with me has formed his own project and will be opening up for me in his hometown arena in Prague. This is what rock ‘n’ roll is all about – unity. Welcome to the family, Šimon. October 17th 2025. Lets ride.”
The show is set to take place at Sportovni hala Fortuna in Prague and will also feature special guests Palaye Royale.
Excitingly, RUWORR!ED used the guitar he received from YUNGBLUD during his Rock For People performance. Fingers crossed we get to see it in action when he opens for the “Zombie” singer.
