Wendy’s Is Going Goth With A Wednesday Collab

It’s mysterious and spooky… and also delicious! Wendy’s, your go-to spot for Frostys and Baconators, just launched their meal collab with Netflix’s Wednesday, starring Jenna Ortega. *snap snap*

The bag itself features illustrations of Wednesday Addams‘ iconic braids along with the phrase, “There’s nothing happy about this meal.”

As far as the contents of this limited-time “Meal Of Misfortune,” purchasers will get “Rest in 10-Piece” Chicken Nuggets, “Dips of Dread” (four inferno-inspired mystery sauces), “Cursed & Crispy” Fries, and a small “Raven’s Blood” Frosty.

If you’re curious about the mystery “Dips Of Dread,” we are, too. The dips, named “You Can’t Hyde,” “This Will Sting,” “Grave Mistake,” and “Nowhere to Woe,” all have different, likely spicy, flavor profiles. Each Meal Of Misfortune will come with two of the four dipping sauces, so you may need to swing by more than once to sample each one.

Wednesday Addams says of the Wendy’s collab, “Normally I’d be against this kind of capitalistic corporate synergy. But when the fast-food-slinging pigtailed provocateur said I could do whatever I wanted to her customers, I couldn’t resist.”

United States-based Wendy’s locations are rolling out the meal beginning on August 4 ahead of the Wednesday season 2 premiere on August 6, only on Netflix.
