Twenty One Pilots, aka Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph, have officially released their TikTok-viral track “Drag Path” with accompanying visuals. In fact, Joseph personally reached out to director Tobias Gundorff to use his short film Out Of A Forest, originally released in 2010, for the music video.
Dun and Joseph shared the song with “a slightly different edit to it so that those who bought it have a more original version of it.”
Fans took an immediate liking to the song and its bittersweet meaning, using the sound to describe trails left behind from lost loved ones, final goodbyes, and more moments that are sure to make any viewer cry.
The short film used for “Drag Path” taps into that sense of bittersweetness as well. Check out the new visuals below.
